അസുഖം പറഞ്ഞ് അവധി എടുത്തു, പിന്നെ ദുരൂഹ മരണം’ – ടൊറന്റോയിൽ മലയാളി യുവതി നിര്യാതയായി

കാനഡയിലെ ടൊറന്റോയിലുള്ള തന്റെ അപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിൽ മലയാളിയായ അനീറ്റ ബെനൻസ് എന്ന 25 കാരിയെ മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി. നഗരത്തിലെ ഒരു ബാങ്കിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന അനിത രണ്ട് ദിവസം മെഡിക്കൽ അവധിയിലായിരുന്നു. പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള മരണത്തിന് മുമ്പ്.

അനീറ്റയുടെ വീട്ടുകാർ അനീറ്റയ പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തിയ ഉടൻ തന്നെ പോലീസിൽ അറിയിച്ചു. കനേഡിയൻ അധികൃതർ പോസ്റ്റ്‌മോർട്ടം നടത്തി, പക്ഷേ അനീറ്റയുടെ മരണകാരണം ഇപ്പോഴും അന്വേഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. അന്വേഷണം പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതുവരെ അനീറ്റയുടെ മൃതദേഹം ഇപ്പോൾ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
