Canada Invites 1,000 Skilled Workers in Latest Express Entry Draw

Canada has released the results of its latest Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) held on November 12, 2025. In this round, the government invited 1,000 skilled workers who already have Canadian job experience.

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score was 533, the same as the previous CEC draw. A tie-break date of October 17, 2025 was used, meaning candidates with scores above 533, or those who scored 533 and applied before that date, received an invitation.

So far this year, Canada has issued 23,850 invitations under the CEC category.

To qualify for the Canadian Experience Class, applicants must have:

• At least one year of paid skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years
• Work experience gained while legally working as a temporary resident
• Volunteer or unpaid work does not count toward eligibility

The Express Entry system ranks applicants using CRS points and invites top-scoring candidates roughly every two weeks. Candidates in the pool may belong to any of the three programs under Express Entry:

• Federal Skilled Worker Program
• Federal Skilled Trades Program
• Canadian Experience Class
