വിസയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ അപേക്ഷകർ ഔദ്യോഗിക സർക്കാർ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റുകളും അംഗീകൃത ഇമിഗ്രേഷൻ കൺസൾട്ടന്റുമാരും മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കണമെന്ന് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.

Canada Cracks Down on Fake FIFA Visa Agents Before World Cup 2026

As excitement grows for the FIFA World Cup 2026, Canadian immigration authorities are warning travelers from India to stay alert against visa scams.

Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) said that fraudsters and unauthorized immigration agents are falsely promising special “FIFA Visas” or guaranteed entry into Canada for the tournament.

The Canadian government clarified that there is no such thing as a “FIFA Visa.” All visitors must apply through the official visa process, and no agent or third party can guarantee approval.

IRCC also warned that submitting fake documents or using fraudulent agents can lead to serious consequences, including a 5-year ban from entering Canada.

Officials are urging applicants to use only official government websites and authorized immigration consultants while applying for visas.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be hosted by Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and thousands of football fans are expected to travel for the event.
